Shipping Policy
This document sets out the shipping policy for customers of heathlander.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@heathlander.com.
Order Processing Time
Orders will typically be shipped within two business days and almost always within the next business day unless stated otherwise under the item's description.
PreOrders
PreOrder items will be shipped when the merchandise arrives in stock. The anticipated date of the merchandise arrival (or restock) will be listed above the PreOrder button on the product page. Please note, if a PreOrder is made, Shopify will send out an automatic order confirmation email. These emails may contain a shipping date within two business days of purchase that assumes the product is in stock. Please disregard the shipping dates from that email. It is an automatic email that can not be turned off. You will also receive a separate PreOrder confirmation email that details that your PreOrder will ship as soon as the merchandise is in stock.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs - Domestic
Heathlander primarily uses UPS and occasionally uses USPS to ship both domestically and internationally. Rates are calculated based on zip codes and desired speed.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
If requested, please note that we will try our best to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Our customer service team will respond promptly to any inquiries. Upon certain requests, we may be able to ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Heathlander ships internationally to 63 international countries using UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Worldwide Express. Rates are calculated based on weight, location, and speed at checkout. Please note your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it arrives in your country. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Heathlander is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
