Returns

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of merchandise in new condition within 35 days of purchase.

To initiate a return please email customerservice@heathlander.com. Provide the order number and your reason for the return. We will then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your merchandise back.

Returns must be in new condition in the state you received them with its original packaging. Heathlander reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

There is a shipping fee of $10.95 for all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We facilitate direct exchanges for merchandise. 

To initiate an exchange please email customerservice@heathlander.com Provide the order number and specify the item(s) for which you wish to exchange. We will then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your item back. Your merchandise must be received back and accepted before the exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you. Therefore, the timing of the exchange process is dependent on when the merchandise is sent back to us. Customers who wish for a faster process are recommended to return their original order while placing a new order for the replacement product.     

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Return fees will be covered by the buyer. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@heathlander.com
